Successful Project Management

Erfolgreiches Projektmanagement
Carrying responsibility competently and giving this
skill to others is the main prerequisite for organisation and coordination in an enterprise.

Carrying responsibility competently and giving this skill to others is the main prerequisite for organisation and coordination in an enterprise. Project management serves to solve complex setting of tasks in the daily life of the enterprise. Careful planning is made, the appropriate specialists are on board, the budget is promising, and the time limits seem sufficient. However, even with these ideal conditions, leading a project does not necessarily lead to a successful conclusion.

Why do more than 80% of all projects fail despite careful planning?
Because a factor which you are not able to calculate and control, gains influence at the latest when it is realised:
Human emotions. Feelings, e.g. uncertainty, fears, feeling demotivated,  stress, competitive behaviour, resisting change, yield even the best projects to failure. In order to arrange projects somehow successfully, one need to handle responsibility with competence.

In a project everyone is challenged to deal with feelings as well as one can in one’s competence
There is the emotional factors of influence, on which the success or the failure of a project depends. Emotions colour everything: The understanding of goals, communication, to face change or the mutual consent on proceedings. Who wants to be successful, uses the emotional authority from the science of Energology® after Kapur® as an innovative tool. Any form of cooperation, the common result creation, the ability to exchange depends on the ability to be able to deal with Emotions in a professional way.
